The HART ® master library provides the developer of the fieldbus master device with access to all features and services defined in the HART Field Communications Protocol Specification Revision 6.0 from April 2001.

Technology:
With HART ® it is possible to establish a digital communication onto an analogue 4 to 20 mA signal. The hardware required only needs a few controlling by software. So it is possible to develop a generic HART ® master library and adapt it to any microcontroller. Furthermore a lot of macros will help the developer to integrate the driver into his application.
